Financial Assistance Options

Charter Funds

Children enrolled in our partnered charter schools may use enrichment funds to offset the cost of classes. Each charter school has its own set of guidelines when submitting for funds. Please be sure to speak to your charter teacher regarding your charter funds restrictions.

  • Don’t see your charter school on our list? Let us know! We would love to apply to become a partner.

  • 1. Enroll through EverWild’s HiSawyer Registration system and at checkout, enter the promo code that matches the charter school your child is enrolled in:

    • Charter Promo Codes: blueridgefunds, ileadfunds, sageoakfunds, heartlandfunds, goldenvalleyfunds, epicfunds, gormanfunds, suncoastfunds, elitefunds, granitemountainfunds

    2. After enrolling, submit a Purchase Order (PO) through your charter school for the cost of EverWild tuition (this is the amount deducted from your HiSawyer order). To ensure we receive your funds by the 1st, we suggest submitting a PO 30 days in advance.

Monthly Enrollment automatically schedules payments to be charged on the 1st of each month. PO’s must be emailed to info@everwildla.com 7 working days prior to the 1st of the month. We can not guarantee refunds for late PO’s.

Have questions about your enrollment and billing? Please contact our registrar office 424-210-7077 or email info@everwildla.com

If you need support with submitting a Purchase Order please contact your charter school teacher.

Scholarships

We believe in creating opportunities for all children to benefit from meaningful experiences in nature.

We know families who are seeking support are often over burdened by additional work to receive it so we are happy to provide an application that is based on the honor system, not on additional fees and third party processes. Scholarship amounts are based on EverWild’s scholarship fund availability, financial need, the household income and family size information according to the EverWild HUD 2023-2024 chart (located below), and additional details provided in your application.

  • Scholarships are prioritized for families who:

    • Do not receive charter school funds or financial support from elsewhere

    • Are not paying for additional programs, tutors, etc.

    • Are considered moderate - extremely low income levels. Please see the chart below to determine your income and scholarship level.

  • APPLICATIONS ARE NOW CLOSED FOR THE ‘23-’24 SCHOOL YEAR

    ‘24-’25 Forest School Year (Sept-May):

Scholarship applications for the ‘24-’25 Forest School Year are due by June 15th 2024. We accept scholarship applications on a rolling basis and prioritize those that are submitted by the scheduled due date. We have reserved space in all classes for families enrolling with a scholarship.

Our office will respond to applicants by email no later than July 15th 2024. Families who are offered a scholarship on July 15th have until the end of the working day on July 98th 2024 to confirm their acceptance of the scholarship offer. If EverWild needs further information from you, this timeline may be extended.

If you are submitting an application after the June 15th deadline our office will respond within 30 working days.
