Shipping Policy
Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days from the time the order is placed. Shipping times are not guaranteed.
-Many USPS air deliveries are now being shipped by ground instead, resulting in delays. We are unable to control which packages are subject to these changes. Shipping progress updates may also be delayed.
-UPS has suspended delivery timeframe guarantees for all service (ground and air) as of September 1.
Return Policy
We accept returns for gear that has not been worn, used, or damaged, and still has tags. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Customers pay for shipping on all returns.
To return an item you may:
Ship the gear to our fulfillment center.
Request that we send you a shipping label. Simply box up your order, print out the label and drop off at your local post office or UPS store. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
